Rachel D. Olszewski

Since joining the firm in 2020,  Attorney Olszewski has earned a reputation for dedication, compassion, and results-driven advocacy. She takes pride in standing up for individuals and families who have been harmed through no fault of their own, guiding them through some of the most difficult times in their lives and fighting to secure the justice and accountability they deserve. Her work has been recognized by her peers, earning her distinction as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” since 2023 and inclusion in the The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 sinsce 2024.

A Northeastern Pennsylvania native, Attorney Olszewski attended Pennsylvania State University and earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse Univeristy College of Law, where she was awarded the CALI Award in Legal Writing.

She is admitted to practice before all of Pennsylvania’s state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and is an active member of the American Association for Justice, The National Trial Lawyers, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Luzerne County Law & Library Association, and Lackawanna County Bar Association.

Rachel lives in Dallas with her husband and their goldendoodle, Barkley. Together, they are proud Penn State Nittany Lion fans and Philadelphia sports fanatics.
