All referral arrangements are consistent with the State Bar of Pennsylvania. Initially telling the client of our arrangement on the outset of an agreement, helps us prevent any later misunderstandings regarding the division of fees.

While we prefer retaining a client early on in the litigation, we will happily review your case at any time. Our attorneys are prepared to take clients on short notice but earlier is usually better.

Business Journal Profile:

Always ensuring that her client’s interest comes first and foremost, “This is where our firm’s slogan was developed – Small Enough to Care, Large Enough to Win”. Scartelli prides herself in spending time with clients in order to understand their needs, as well as to keep them informed about their case. “In putting the interests of clients first, I have discovered that success flows naturally behind,” she noted. The lawyer also attributes her success to her late father, Edward R. Scartelli, who pushed her to be fearless in achieving her goals. Scartelli represents injured victims of accidents and medical malpractice and is known to be fearless in and out of the courtroom. On September 11, 2005, Scartelli received the Outstanding Citizenship Award from the Pennsylvania State Police, in recognition of her rescue of three victims from an overturned boat on Lake Wallenpaupack.

Recently, she has been asked to become a member of the Board of Overseers at Penn State Dickinson Law School. “I am excited and honored to help shape future lawyers,” she admits. She has also been nominated a Super Lawyer for many years and is a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates forum for Trial Lawyers in America. She is a past President of the Northeast Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
